I am a Digital Marketing Manager who is passionate about UX Design.
During my time at Indiana University Bloomington, majoring in Informatics, I learned a unique approach to the design process that integrates technical proficiency with a deep understanding of human behavior and societal trends. The informatics program at IU emphasized the study of how people interact with technology, teaching me to consider both technical and human aspects in my designs. Courses in human-computer interaction and social informatics were particularly influential, as they taught me to prioritize user experience and ethical considerations.
This interdisciplinary education has shaped my design process to be holistic and user-centric, enabling me to act as an intermediary between engineers and clients. By translating complex technical concepts into understandable terms, I facilitate clear communication and effective collaboration. This ensures that the solutions I design are innovative, practical, and aligned with client needs and expectations.
“If designers and researchers do not sometimes fail, it is a sign that they are not trying hard enough—they are not thinking the great creative thoughts that will provide breakthroughs in how we do things”
— Don Norman, The Design of Everyday Things
